Kaspars KooRegional Co-Director Massachusetts Kaspars is a Client Partner at Emergn, a digital services company with a mission to improve the way people and companies work. Forever. He helps world-renowned companies build better digital products, deliver them to market faster, and tackle challenges like transformation fatigue. In addition to his role at Emergn, Kaspars is a product management leader, mentor, and startup enthusiast. He is a member and angel investor at BADideas.fund and Latvian Business Angel Network, where he leverages his startup experience to support pre-seed and seed-stage startups in Eastern and Central Europe. Besides his start-up and consulting experience, Kaspars has worked for the Latvian government creating state aid programs to promote entrepreneurship and innovation. He has also co-founded a political party and led non-profits. Originally from Riga, Kaspars first moved to the US in 2017 on a scholarship through the Baltic-American Freedom Foundation. He’s moved around the East Coast and while he primarily resides in Boston, he frequently visits California, his wife’s home state. After business hours, Kaspars enjoys running ultramarathons, indulging in books and podcasts, and embarking on adventures with friends, family, and his Weimaraner.
