Ms. Carver is a seasoned federal services IT and product executive with 25+ years’ proven track record pioneering and sustaining growth and delivery. She has led start-ups to global initiatives that develop digital devices and integrate into enterprise systems, with recognition from industry and federal agencies.

She served as Expert Digital Health Advisor at FDA Digital Health Unit, transforming the regulatory engagement to promote AI and innovative technologies for patients. In her early career Ms. Carver worked on a range of biotech and healthcare initiatives from the first stem cell product development thru FDA approval to cyber security and product supply chain management.

She has led numerous mission critical programs for national security and health care federal agencies. For DoDs she led the first global Electronic Health Record System in 2001 and supported the Office of National Coordinator on key initiative to launch the HITECH Act. For Homeland Security she enabled the acquisition strategy for EHR system to monitor infectious disease. For fortune 500 private companies, Ms. Carver has led product development and supply chain management improvements, to enable products to meet regulatory requirements.

She has led organizational operations, strategy, and P&L; to develop and implement technical and business processes to support existing client services, while scaling delivery capability.

Ms. Carver is an entrepreneur and government change agent, focused on leading organizations to implement IT and business initiatives that improve effectiveness and efficiencies that drive quality services to clients and enable corporate growth in a fast-paced environment.

George Straubs recently retired after almost 40 years of experience in marketing and selling UK military products to the U.S. Department of Defense.  His product specialties were pneumatic applications for aircraft weapon systems, electronics applications for military vehicle and soldier systems, and power applications for small tactical power systems and unmanned systems.

George has in-depth knowledge about the DoD Foreign Comparative Technology Program which has the specific purpose of evaluating foreign products that may meet DoD operational requirements.

Prior to moving from the UK to the USA in 1986, George worked as an aerospace engineer specializing in the design of propellers and high-speed turbines, and earlier as a high school Physics teacher.
