The overarching goal of Spotlight Latvia is to move beyond discussion and catalyze concrete steps and actionable progress in strengthening the security framework between our two nations. Venue The conference will be held at the Hilton McLean Tysons Corner, just outside Washington, D.C. We have secured a special discounted rate of $239 per night for a limited number of rooms.
