Martins Dzelde is a telecommunications executive and business development leader with 20+ years of experience in global wireless and networking solutions. He founded and scaled a fast-growing ISP to a successful exit and has since developed product and market strategies for microwave, millimeter-wave, and carrier-grade wireless systems. With a decade of U.S. market experience, Martins has a strong professional network and deep market knowledge across telecom, WISP, oil & gas, electric utilities, mining, energy, broadcast, and public safety sectors, as well as solid knowledge in manufacturing process for global markets.
He has extensive experience driving the creation and launch of high-value wireless products deployed in critical network infrastructure in the United States and worldwide, supporting mission-critical and high-availability communications. His background includes microwave and millimeter-wave systems, backhaul, long-range wireless, and mission-critical communications platforms. He holds an MBA in Innovation and Entrepreneurship and a B.S. in Computer Science, complemented by certifications in LEAN management, SCRUM, and cross-cultural leadership.
Edija Šaripova, CPA, is a Financial Advisor at Denver Wealth Management. Born and raised in Daugavpils, she moved to the U.S. in 2001 and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Missouri–St. Louis with a degree in accounting.
Her career spans two decades across accounting, institutional investment consulting, and investment management, including roles at Edward Jones, a pension consulting firm, and Janus Henderson Investors.
Today, Edija’s purpose is helping people achieve financial clarity. She believes mental, physical, and financial wellness are equally essential and uses her investment and tax expertise to support clients’ long-term financial health. She also manages employer-sponsored retirement plans with a strong emphasis on education and leads Women Who Invest™, a community empowering women on their personal and professional journeys.
Outside of work, Edija enjoys classic Colorado pastimes—camping, snowboarding, and hiking—and continues to play violin and piano at the Latvian Culture Center and for family and friends.
